For example, Total Strategy has supported Federal agencies like the Business Transformation Agency of the U.S. Department of Defense and the Integrated Acquisition Environment of the General Services Administration. Total Strategy has facilitated off-sites that brought executive leadership together to envision the future and begin to strategically manage it. Total Strategy has not only painted the target vision, but developed the transition plan to get there, and then assisted in the implementation of the intitiatives.
